Opportunity Culture

Aligned with your mission. Designed for your success. That’s Opportunity Culture.

In 2013, Project L.I.F.T. was the first learning community in the nation to implement Opportunity Culture. We are committed to providing teachers with career development and advancement opportunity based on their excellence, leadership and student impact. Teachers earn more money by expanding their impact and taking on more responsibility within the school, all while staying in the classroom. In an Opportunity Culture, all teachers and staff have a chance to realize their potential through collaboration with — and leadership from — excellent teachers.
